    Ordered garden furniture and only 1 piece arrived with our neighbour. phoned them up and they said the other 2 were on another truck 15 miles away. We stayed in another 4 hours and nothing on a Sat. Found out the driver should have delivered 2 pieces to start and he mucked up. Only after I had to chase them up again Monday found out the 3rd piece was actually out of stock and they had completed mucked everything up. Got a full refund but still waiting as its taking 2 weeks minimum to get reimbursed from order date to getting money back. Farse from start to finish.
